Miss America Information The 2011 Miss America Pageant will be held at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 11-15, 2011. Preliminary competitions will be held January 11-13 and the finals will be held on January 15. The finals will be televised live on the ABC network.   An Official Preliminary to the Miss Texas/ Miss America Organization Rachel is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.B.A. with an emphasis in Music Business and Audio Engineering. She also received a Classical Music Minor.
